Welder Responsibilities and Requirements include: • Weld/fabricate components, as per prints. • Interpret schematics and blueprints for projects. • Determine the best method to fabricate specific parts. • Fabricate components with minimal instruction. • Recent welding/metal fabrication experience. • Welding certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
