Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Company: Personal injury law firm Location: Floral Park, NY Salary: Commensurate with experience + benefits Status: Full-Time and Permanent Employment – On-site FT Key Responsibilities • Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing communication • Manage No-Fault claims, including disability, lost wages, and property damage • Track medical treatment, request and review medical records • Investigate and evaluate case facts to support litigation strategy • Maintain heavy contact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers • Assist attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations • Draft legal documents and correspondence • Organize case files and ensure deadlines are met Ideal Candidate Profile • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law • Strong understanding of No-Fault and insurance procedures • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
