In this role, you will play a key part in the final packaging stage of high-volume packaged consumer goods, ensuring products are safely organized, boxed, and prepared for distribution. Key Responsibilities • Hand-pack finished product containers into designated shipping boxes and cartons according to order specifications. • Inspect packaged goods for seal integrity, proper labeling, and visual quality before final packing. • Assemble, fold, and prep cardboard shipping boxes and display cases. • Stack, bundle, and organize packed boxes onto pallets for staging and transport. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards. • Perform basic inventory counting and assist team leads with general facility support as needed. Qualifications & Requirements • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions for the duration of an 8-hour shift. • Lifting Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving items weighing up to 25–30 lbs consistently. • Punctuality & Reliability: Strong attendance record and ability to arrive on time for a 7:00 AM shift start. • Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and consent to standard pre-employment background screening. • Language: Basic English communication skills to follow written/verbal safety and operational instructions.
