Job Overview • Department: Production Engineering Department • Position: Process Engineer • Direct Manager: Customer Service Manager Job Description • Work across all stages of the manufacturing process to support continuous operations and quality. • Design innovative processes and equipment for new facilities. • Modify, upgrade, and optimize existing equipment and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities • Research and develop new manufacturing equipment. • Assist Process Technicians with complex troubleshooting when equipment or process issues arise. • Collect, interpret, and document operational data into written technical reports. • Lead the installation and setup of new equipment. • Present data analysis and progress reports to management and clients. • Continually evaluate equipment and workflows to ensure peak efficiency and high quality standards. Requirements 1. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required. 2. Work Experience • 2+ years of proven work experience in production or process engineering. 3. Key Skills & Competencies • Technical & Software Skills: • Proficiency in CAD or AutoCAD. • Experience with process simulation tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • In-depth knowledge of process-related industry standards. • Core Competencies: • Strong technical and engineering problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent data presentation and written communication skills. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $35.00 - $55.00
