Mobile Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) – ARRT Territory: York / Lancaster / Gettysburg, PA Position: Full-Time Pay: $30–$32 per hour Schedule: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, five 8-hour shifts Hiring: Immediate need Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply if education and certification requirements are met Mobile X-Ray Opportunity – South Central Pennsylvania We are seeking a Mobile Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to provide portable diagnostic imaging throughout the York, Lancaster and Gettysburg territory. This opportunity combines clinical patient care with independence and variety. Instead of working in one imaging department all day, you will receive assigned appointments and travel throughout your territory providing diagnostic X-ray services directly to patients. The position is 100% mobile/field-based. A company vehicle, portable imaging equipment, computer, phone and required work equipment are provided. Experienced Radiologic Technologists and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous mobile imaging experience is not required. What You'll Do • Perform physician-ordered mobile and portable X-ray examinations. • Travel between assigned healthcare facilities and approved patient locations. • Safely position patients and adapt imaging techniques based on individual patient needs. • Produce diagnostic-quality images while following established imaging protocols. • Verify orders and maintain accurate examination and patient documentation. • Follow ALARA and established radiation-safety procedures. • Communicate professionally with patients, facility staff, physicians and internal team members. • Organize daily assignments and work effectively with limited direct supervision. • Maintain assigned imaging equipment and company vehicle. • Perform EKG, Holter monitoring, pacemaker checks and related diagnostic procedures when trained and assigned. • Deliver compassionate care to patients in a variety of healthcare environments. Required Qualifications • Graduate of a formal JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program. • Active ARRT certification in the appropriate specialty. • Applicable state requirements/licensure as required. • Current continuing education/compliance appropriate to the specialty. • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle. • Strong communication, patient-care, organization and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently in a mobile healthcare environment. No prior professional experience is required if education and training requirements are met. Qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply. Schedule & On-Call Regular schedule: Monday–Friday style schedule of five 8-hour shifts, approximately 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. On-call rotation includes approximately: • 1–2 weeknights per week • Every 3rd–4th weekend • Every 3rd–4th holiday After-hours assignments are reviewed through management and assigned based on legitimate service needs.
