As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our dental practice, managing patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks while delivering best-in-class patient care and ensuring every patient feels valued at every visit. Schedule: • Monday and Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm • Wednesday: 9 am - 6 pm • Thursday: 7 am - 3 pm • Friday: 8 am- 2 pm Responsibilities As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. • Create and manage optimized appointment schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize patient wait times. • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, manage documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance. • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals and deliver results in a patient-focused environment. • 1 year of experience working in Dental or ability to learn as you go, sometimes on your own. • High school diploma or GED.
