General Overview East Side Smiles Dentistry is expanding in Nashville, and we're looking for a seasoned front desk professional who is passionate about customer service and creating outstanding patient experiences. Responsibilities As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their entire dental experience. • Create efficient and patient-focused schedules that optimize appointment flow and provider productivity. • Manage patient documents and records. • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. • Work with insurance. • Additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • 1+ years experreince in a dental front office • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals. • High school diploma or GED.
