As a result, a full-time position is available for a Marketing Coordinator! This opportunity is available in the following locations: Middleton, WI; Fenton, MO; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN; and Denver, CO. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements • Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc. • Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.) • Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts • Conducting client research • Attending tradeshows and conferences including event coordination • Assisting with annual marketing planning efforts • Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting • Other duties as assigned. A valid driver’s license and approximately 5% travel will be required. The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience. OR • Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience. OR • If no degree, the successful candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following: • Experience working in architectural/engineering or another technical service industry • Writing and editing documents with technical content. • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Experience working with team members in multiple locations. • Proven organization, problem solving, and strong communication skills. • Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate).
