Position Summary Our Denver office has an opportunity for an associate with 4+ years of experience to join their expanding practice and assume a major role in employment litigation and advice matters with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research; attending and arguing at court conferences and hearings; taking depositions; handling discovery-related activities and investigations; advising clients on compliance; and drafting legal memoranda, position statements, pleadings, dispositive motions, employee handbooks, policies, and more. We provide our associates with extensive writing, publishing and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development training programs. Requirements • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Colorado, or be eligible to become admitted in Colorado promptly. Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice throughout employment. • 4+ years of legal experience, ideally in employment litigation or employment counseling. • Job requires excellent analytical and writing skills, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, passion for client service and practice development, and high level of interest in the pursuit of employment law as a career. • Excellent academics (e.g., top 25% of law school class) are expected. • Experience in Human Resources/Management is a plus. Benefits Anticipated Start Date: January 1, 2027: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $240,000 and $300,000.
