We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to support and continuously improve their existing line of specification-grade architectural lighting products. This isn’t simply sustaining engineering. You’ll be the go-to technical resource for product improvements, custom solutions, controls integration, manufacturing support, customer technical questions, and future product enhancements while helping shape the direction of the engineering organization. This position offers a clear path toward Engineering Management, as the current Engineering Manager has over 20 years with the company and retirement is on the horizon.
