A Dallas based electrical distributor is looking for a Lighting Project Manager to join a high-volume team with the support, systems, and logistics to actually do the job well. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced spec work, contractor relationships, and seeing complex commercial projects from release to closeout. The culture is a big selling point: low turnover, people who have stayed 10, 20, even 40 years, no micromanaging, strong training, flexible leadership, and a team-first environment. Compensation is competitive , with quarterly profit sharing averaging around 20% of salary, full health and dental benefits, 401K match, flexible PTO, flexible hours, and 10 remote days annually. It is a team that works hard, has fun, and takes care of its people.
