In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis and renal replacement therapy across multiple healthcare facilities. This position is ideal for an experienced Dialysis RN who is comfortable independently assessing and monitoring renal patients, providing dialysis treatments according to established clinical protocols, and travelling between assigned healthcare facilities as part of their regular responsibilities.
