Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, therapeutic diet requirements, and approved food safety and sanitation standards, including alternative meal selections when needed. • Review menus before food preparation, ensure ingredients and supplies are available for upcoming meals, and help maintain a clean, organized food storage area. • Follow all safety regulations, infection control practices, and sanitary procedures throughout food preparation and kitchen operations. • Collaborate with the dietitian and interdisciplinary team, including CNAs, to implement dietary recommendations and support quality resident care.
