Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans. • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence. • Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care. • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
