Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Lead the facility's infection prevention and control program through surveillance, audits, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with infection control regulations by monitoring practices, investigating outbreaks, and implementing corrective actions. • Develop and deliver staff education, orientation, and ongoing clinical training to support regulatory compliance and quality care. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify training needs, promote best practices, and improve resident outcomes. • Maintain infection control records, monitor trends, and serve as a clinical resource for infection prevention and staff development.
