Solutions Architect Compensation • Base Salary: $150,000 - $195,000 • Commission: Percentage of base salary (negotiable DoE) • Comprehensive benefits package including: • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) • Professional development and career growth opportunities Position Summary Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor, partnering with sales teams and customers to design, customize, and implement complex infrastructure solutions. This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to translate sophisticated technical solutions into clear business value. The Solutions Architect will support technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept activities, and strategic customer engagements throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities • Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop technical opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts. • Engage directly with customers and prospects, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. • Lead pre-sales technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. • Design and position infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and help influence future product direction. • Develop responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and professional technical content. • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and technology partners. • Support implementation and post-sales teams through solution validation, knowledge transfer, and deployment readiness activities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role. • Strong technical background in: • AI/ML infrastructure • GPU architectures • High-performance storage • Networking • Cloud infrastructure • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Consultative mindset with strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex infrastructure purchasing cycles. • Knowledge of GPU-based computing environments, AI training and inference platforms, and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions. • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Experience with data center infrastructure, large-scale compute environments, and advanced networking architectures. • Background supporting proof-of-concept engagements, solution design workshops, and technical evaluations. • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales organizations.
