Director, Subscription Insights & Analytics Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights, with meaningful experience in subscription, streaming, DTC, or media environments. - Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently query, join, and analyze large and complex datasets. - Deep understanding of subscription analytics, including acquisition funnels, retention, churn, cohort analysis, segmentation, and LTV. - Strong proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Hex. - Proven people leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Director, Subscription Insights & Analytics Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end subscription analytics across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn, win-back, and lifetime value. - Define and evolve subscriber analytics frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards across current and future subscription products. - Analyze cohorts, subscriber segments, pricing, promotions, CRM performance, and marketing spend to drive acquisition and retention strategies. - Lead and develop two Managers while prioritizing analytical initiatives and ensuring high-quality insights reach senior stakeholders. - Partner with Marketing, CRM, Content, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
