• Dates: 12/24-12/28 and 12/28-1/4
• Shifts: 24hr/7a-7a
• Call schedule: TBA
• Impella support and Structural Heart Support in Hybrid OR/Cath Lab required.
• EMR: EPIC
• Location: Kentucky
