TITLE: Customer Solutions Engineer III LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid) ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/24/2026 to 02/23/2027 Responsibilities: - Guide developers through Universal Commerce Protocol specifications and support integration readiness prior to launch - Troubleshoot and debug JSON/API errors using internal logs to resolve integration issues - Support configuration of client Merchant Center and validate partner integrations before launch - Document edge cases to improve internal and external documentation, processes, and best practices - Provide feedback as a “Customer Zero” for onboarding tools to ensure readiness for scale - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop and improve products and tools - Advocate for customer and partner experience by providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations Requirements: - Experience with eCommerce API integration, troubleshooting, and debugging - API proficiency, including the ability to diagnose and resolve JSON/API errors - Familiarity with cutting-edge AI technology, including LLM agents, MCP, and A2A - Understanding of programming, including Javascript, Pyton, and SQL - Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support - Experience with complex project management, including designing support processes, creating documentation, and developing playbooks - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering The hourly pay rate range for this position is $ $105.04 to $ $122.52 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
