Senior UX Designer – Salesforce / Enterprise Applications Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid Employment Type: Contract About the Role We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help improve a complex enterprise application supporting driver routing, scheduling, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complicated workflow problems and conducting research directly with users, while also understanding how to design effectively within the constraints of an established enterprise platform. The application is built within Salesforce, so we’re not looking to completely reinvent the interface. Instead, this designer will focus on understanding how users work today, identifying friction and opportunities for improvement, and creating intuitive experiences that work naturally within Salesforce and its existing UI patterns. What You’ll Do - Own UX design for complex routing, scheduling, and operational workflows within Salesforce. - Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs. - Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. - Simplify complex processes while working within Salesforce and established design-system constraints. - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and users throughout the design process. - Evaluate existing experiences and identify opportunities to improve usability without introducing unnecessary customization. - Create and iterate on designs in Figma based on user feedback and technical requirements. - Clearly communicate design decisions and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and business partners. - Support designs through implementation to ensure the final experience reflects the intended UX. What We’re Looking For - Strong experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Senior UX Designer working on complex digital products. - Experience designing enterprise, B2B, internal, or operational applications with complicated workflows. - Strong user research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, journey/workflow mapping, and translating findings into design decisions. - Experience working within an **existing design system or established The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $60.00/hr.
