The Security Officer is responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees. This role provides assistance, conducts patrols, responds to incidents, and enforces company policies while maintaining professionalism and exceptional service. • Ensure the safety and well‑being of guests and fellow employees. • Provide directions, escorts, and assistance to guests as needed. • Assist civil and law enforcement authorities, including providing testimony in court or administrative hearings. • Perform chip fills, jackpot verifications, and money escorts. • Provide first aid and CPR when necessary. • Patrol all areas of the property to identify safety hazards and security concerns. • Interview, investigate, and document incidents in accordance with company policy. • Complete detailed lost and found reports and incident descriptions. • Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain attendance standards and adhere to departmental and company guidelines. • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 115°F. • Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary. • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in crisis or stressful situations. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, and maneuver quickly on various surfaces. • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs. • Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke Wage: $16.00 an hour
