• Planning & Forecasting: Own the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, long-range financial plans, target setting, and financial modeling.
• Performance & Profitability: Translate financial results into actionable insights that improve revenue, margin, operating profit, productivity, and cost performance.
• Operational & Commercial Finance: Lead customer, product, project, site, contribution-margin, manufacturing, pricing, and ROI analysis.
• Working Capital & Cash Flow: Drive disciplined management of receivables, inventory, payables, milestone billing, customer advances, and cash conversion.
• Finance Center of Excellence: Standardize financial processes, reporting, controls, KPIs, tools, and accountabilities across SESG while building scalable capabilities that support a One SESG operating model.
• Accounting, Controls & Compliance: Maintain accountability for accounting, close, costing, inventory accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance through the Controller organization.
• Capital & Strategic Decision Support: Lead financial analysis supporting capital investment, make-versus-buy decisions, restructuring, growth initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic decisions.
• Systems & Data: Provide finance leadership for IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and related financial and reporting systems while driving automation, data integrity, and process simplification.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing finance organization with clear accountability, strong succession and backup coverage, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and communicate financial, operational, control, and systems risks with fact-based recommendations and timely escalation.
Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional designation preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience, including costing, inventory, margins, and operational performance.

• Proven ability to lead change, standardize processes, and improve financial discipline across an organization.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
