Job Summary This role operates as a key part of the HR Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, driving enterprise-wide HR priorities, ensuring alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations, and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will provide leadership across strategic planning, governance, executive communications, talent reviews, organizational effectiveness initiatives, HR transformation programs, and operational execution. The role serves as the connective tissue across the HR Leadership Team, ensuring priorities are clear, decisions are executed, and outcomes are delivered.
