Your Responsibilities • Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, recording and classifying support cases. • You resolve support cases independently or together with 3rd level support. • You not only fix errors, but also work together with the customer to improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions through appropriate problem management. • For our premium customers, you take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the customer. • In addition to classic product support, you support the support team with software updates, system analyses, and projects in the service environment.
