As an Engineer 3, you will serve as the subject matter expert for highly complex, automated plastics manufacturing solutions, with a primary focus on injection molding. This role is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and sustaining new and existing manufacturing processes to drive improvements in efficiency, product quality, and total cost. You will bring deep expertise in tooling design and molding operations, enabling meaningful participation and leadership in design for manufacturability efforts, mold design reviews, and mold flow simulation reviews. The Engineer 3 partners closely with cross‑functional teams including Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, R&D, Safety, Purchasing, and Maintenance to troubleshoot complex issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
