Description Bethel Farms is a family-owned company with over 4,500 acres of turfgrass production in Florida. Our mission is simple: "Honoring God, growing better everyday." We are hiring for a Stacker / Farm Laborer to work on our sod farm. You will stack sod on pallets, drive our sod harvester, and perform labor-like duties when needed. This may include mowing, watering, seeing, cleaning, and other responsibilities. Essential Duties • Stacks efficiently and effectively, at an acceptable speed • Takes turns with stacker team to safely drive sod harvester • Perform laboring duties, such as watering, seeding, or cleaning • Operating additional machinery as needed • Attend all safety tailgate meetings • Represent company professionally Requirements • One (1) year of stacking experience preferred • Punctuality, dependability, and respect • Ability to perform labor-like duties • Possession of basic math skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Working well with others
