Job Details: Job Location: Chula Vista Resort - Wisconsin Dells, WI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Accurately and efficiently bake and produce pastries, breads, desserts and doughes.. Must be able to maintain freshness and quality of all bakery products for the Market Fresh Buffet, banquets and Market Fresh ToGo (retail), according to Chula Vista standards and requirements. Prepares a variety of pastries, breads, desserts and other food items for proofing, mixing and baking in ovens, mixers, proofers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and baking. At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
