THE JOB: As an Audio-Visual Lead, you will support the daily audio-visual needs of our resort while providing technical expertise for live entertainment, concerts, special events, and property projects. You will collaborate with department leaders and internal teams to coordinate AV requirements, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of audio, video, lighting, and integrated AV systems. In this role, you will also maintain, repair, and support AV equipment to deliver reliable technical solutions and exceptional guest experiences.
