Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes throughout Sarasota & Charlotte counties (including (Venice, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas). What You'll Need • Active Florida COTA license • Proof of completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program. • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. • Home health care experience preferred.
