What You’ll Need • HHA Certificate (40+ hours) or CNA license preferred. • CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed). • Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred — free training available for new caregivers. • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and communicate effectively in English. • Valid Florida Driver License, proof of auto insurance, and ability to travel within the service area.
