An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician. Position details • Outpatient position in Harrison, Arkansas. • Target start: summer 2027 or 2028; planned physician retirement. • Join two Family Medicine physicians and two APRNs. • Hospital-employed position in an established primary care clinic. • Local network includes five primary care clinics, three specialty clinics, an ambulatory surgery center and imaging services. Compensation and benefits • Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity. • Starting bonus up to $40,000, or Arkansas Community Match Program of $80,000 if eligible. • Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000. • PTO, CME and potential education stipend. • Retirement plan, professional liability coverage, and health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
