A Growth Strategist at Cyntexa will be responsible for developing strategic plans that will help improve Cyntexa reach its goals and targets and improve its profitability and growth ratio. This role features a mix of demand generation planning, coordination, and execution based on a pipeline trending analysis and participation in the sales leadership as a key stakeholder. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with exceptional business acumen to take the form of recommendations and ownership of the Lead Generation plans, Campaign and program creation, as well as execution, Sales & Marketing alignment, and best practice sharing. The one who analyzes existing business strategies and practices and provides recommendations for improvements. Additionally, one of the most important aspects of this role is to keep an eye on any recent and/or new developments in the industry that can be further leveraged to diversify the organization’s operations and build a new vertical.
