Job Description Under general supervision, performs routine office, waiting room, exam room, and bathroom cleaning. May perform routine maintenance work and other related duties in support of the facilities. The duties include: • Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, exam rooms, and offices on a daily basis. • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. • Dusts furniture. • Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. • Empties wastebaskets and replace liners. • Transports trash and waste to disposal area. • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms. • Replenishes bathroom supplies. • Vacuums floors. • Uses a checklist on a weekly basis and submits to supervisor or site administrator and notifies them of any deficiencies/needs to supply shortages. • Assists other maintenance staff with special cleaning projects or maintenance repairs on an as needed basis.
