We are looking for a full time LPN for the Jamestown area to provide on-site quality health care to people with disabilities living in one of our community residences. The position is Monday – Friday, 7a-3p. Responsibilities include nursing services, medical documentation, medication administration and coordination of pharmaceutical services.
