What You’ll Do • Project Operations: Oversee day-to-day civil construction execution, material quantities, logistics, and field logistics. • Financial Controls: Drive job cost forecasting, track budget performance, and manage change orders to protect profitability. • Schedule Execution: Build, monitor, and adjust master schedules to keep projects on deadline and within scope. • Key Liaison: Partner directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and project owners to maintain quality and alignment. What You Bring • Experience: 2+ years of project management experience in civil construction. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. • Technical Skills: Strong background in quantity takeoffs, cost forecasting, project scheduling, and contract administration.
