What You’ll Be Doing • Set up and operate automated & semi-automated SMT equipment • Run pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens • Perform PCB assembly and surface mount production • Load feeders and verify correct component placement • Inspect boards for quality and IPC standards compliance • Assist with hand soldering and rework as needed • Maintain strict ESD, safety, and quality protocols • Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues What You MUST Have • 2–5+ years of SMT / electronics manufacturing experience • Experience with automated SMT lines • Strong knowledge of PCB assembly & surface mount processes • Ability to read and follow work instructions • High attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment • Soldering experience preferred If you’ve worked as an: SMT Operator | PCB Technician | Electronics Assembler | Pick and Place Operator | Manufacturing Technician | Soldering Technician You are encouraged to apply.
