We have 4 mid-shift openings in Wasilla — Alaska's largest correctional facility — across two distinct units. We're looking for you to become a valuable part of the team. Registered Nurse Details • 4 openings — mid shift • Mid shift: 12:00 pm to 11:30 pm (11.5-hour shifts) • Every other weekend required • 13-week contract with option to extend • Start: approximately 2 weeks • Location: Wasilla, Alaska (Mat-Su Valley) About the Units Medical Unit (3 openings) — General medical nursing for the correctional population. Med pass, wound care, triage, sick calls, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions alongside a psychiatric-comorbid inmate population. Infirmary (1 opening) — Higher-acuity medical monitoring and observation. Think step-down within a correctional setting. Strong acute care background preferred for this unit.
