Responsibilities • Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote upcoming events, menus, and venue bookings. • Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at driving foot traffic and increasing reservation rates. • Track and analyze basic performance metrics for digital campaigns to help refine future marketing strategies. • Create visually appealing content, including photos and short-form videos, that highlights the dining experience and atmosphere of Aroma Restaurant & Venue. • Support the coordination of digital initiatives for special events, holidays, and seasonal menu launches.
