Responsibilities: • Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software • Collaborate with content creators and producers to bring storytelling visions to life • Maintain brand consistency in visual style, tone, and pacing across all video outputs • Manage video files, metadata, and assets efficiently in a structured workflow • Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling • Meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and technical precision • Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on edits to deliver polished final products Requirements Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software • Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative • Attention to detail with a keen eye for color grading, audio sync, and transitions • Experience in editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is highly desirable • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement • Freshers (0–1 year of experience) and experienced editors (2+ years) are both encouraged to apply Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to deliver a compelling edit from a provided sample video, showcasing creativity, technical skill, and alignment with Frontlinesmedia’s storytelling style.
