Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging, platform-specific content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. • Create high-quality visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, blogs) that align with brand voice and educational messaging. • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to optimize content strategy. • Engage with followers through timely responses, comments, and direct messages to foster community growth and trust. • Collaborate with the content and career advisory teams to promote career workshops, webinars, success stories, and placement updates. • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing. • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (e.g., targeted ads on Instagram and LinkedIn) to drive lead generation and course sign-ups. • Report regularly on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
