Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring visual concepts to life across a variety of media. This role is essential in shaping the brand’s visual identity and ensuring all design outputs are cohesive, on-brand, and impactful. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling designs, from initial concept to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Responsibilities: • Analyze design briefs to identify project requirements and objectives • Plan project timelines and establish budget parameters • Generate creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines • Create and present initial sketches and rough drafts for review • Produce high-quality illustrations, logos, and graphics using digital tools or traditional methods • Apply appropriate color schemes, typography, and layout principles for optimal visual impact • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to refine and finalize designs • Test designs across multiple platforms and media formats for consistency and effectiveness • Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project goals • Deliver polished, professional graphics that are visually engaging and brand-compliant Requirements Requirements: • Proven experience in graphic design with a track record of successful project delivery • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing original illustrations and design work • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
