Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This role is critical in driving high-quality leads for our real estate projects by executing targeted advertising strategies that attract potential buyers and investors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and refining ad performance to maximize lead volume and quality during standard business hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Successful candidates will play a key role in the initial funnel stage, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team to convert into closed deals. Responsibilities: • Design, launch, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. • Monitor campaign performance in real time during business hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) to ensure optimal results. • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Generate and track leads through analytics tools, ensuring accurate data reporting and timely handoff to the sales team. • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations. • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad messaging with current real estate project offerings and market demands. • Maintain detailed records of campaign metrics, ROI, and lead sources for reporting and strategy refinement.
