Responsibilities • Edit and produce educational videos using industry-standard software • Assist in the post-production process, including video trimming, color correction, audio balancing, and adding graphics and animations. • Collaborate with content creators to ensure video narratives align with learning objectives and pedagogical standards. • Organize and maintain digital media assets, including raw footage, edited videos, and project files. • Apply branding guidelines and style templates to ensure consistency across all video content. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative visual storytelling techniques for educational topics. • Support the team in preparing video content for various platforms, including LMS, YouTube, and mobile learning apps. • Follow feedback and make revisions to meet quality and timeline expectations. Requirements Requirements: • Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Film & Video Production, Media & Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. • Basic understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics. • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with educational content development and learning design principles is a plus. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project needs and feedback.
