Primary Purpose: The Market Developer acts as a technical product specialist, securing new business opportunities within the Plastics & Elastomers market. In this role, you will identify and develop opportunities across a wide range of end markets and industry segments. Sales goals are approached and achieved through formulation/application consultation with customers. You will use both reactive methods: inbound inquiry, internal consult calls, and proactive methods: call campaigns, cross selling, referrals, to meet your goals.  This role uncovers deep market understanding and communicates that information back to our marketing team so we can proactively solve more problems.
