Director Senior Director Test Delivery Offshore Role Purpose Accountable for delivery execution operational excellence organization leadership Quality Engineering transformation implementation and financial performance across the testing organization Key Responsibilities Delivery Execution Own endtoend execution of testing services across all delivery teams Drive quality schedule adherence release readiness and delivery predictability Ensure achievement of delivery KPIs SLAs and operational commitments Govern testing across functional automation API integration performance and UAT streams Operational Excellence Establish delivery governance reporting metrics and continuous improvement practices Drive productivity improvement and delivery optimization initiatives Manage risks dependencies resource allocation and delivery escalations Financial Management Own delivery margins utilization productivity and operational efficiency targets Manage forecasting workforce planning and resource optimization Ensure scalable and costeffective delivery operations Stakeholder Management Partner with Customer test and program leadership on delivery planning and execution Participate in governance forums and operational reviews Ensure transparency in delivery performance risks and mitigation plans Transformation Execution Execute AIled QE automation DevOps and continuous testing initiatives Implement TCoE standards processes metrics and governance Drive engineering maturity and capability improvement across teams Experience 20 years in Quality Engineering and Managed Services delivery Experience leading large distributed testing organizations Strong delivery operational financial and people leadership skills Proven success in implementing testing transformation initiatives
