This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, efficient communication, and a positive customer experience while coordinating with internal departments to support daily auction operations. Rewards for Customer Service Representative • $23.00 per hour • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm • Comprehensive benefits package • Generous paid time off • Paid holidays • Matching 401(k) • Growing auction company • Career growth potential Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative • Assists customers with account inquiries, transaction questions, and auction-related concerns. • Processes documentation related to vehicle sales, payments, and transaction records. • Provides accurate information regarding auction procedures, policies, and requirements. • Coordinates with Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams to resolve routine issues. • Handles inbound calls, emails, and in-person service requests professionally. • Maintains accurate customer records and updates internal systems accordingly. • Verifies documentation for completeness and compliance with company standards. • Supports sale-day customer service activities and dealer check-in processes. • Escalates complex issues to supervisors or management as appropriate. • Performs other duties as assigned.
