Job Description: As a Packing Technician in the Band BTA, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate packing machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and output. • Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies. • Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. We operate on a 2-2-3 work schedule rotating between days (6:30 am-7:00 pm) and nights (6:30 pm-7:00 am). Job Qualifications • 18 years of age or older • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education • Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial. • Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. • Awareness of safety protocols and procedures. • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
