We looking for a professional, proactive, and experienced Chief Security to lead our hotel security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, colleagues, and property. Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times Cultivate Informers with the intention of obtaining information of security interest that may be of immediate or future use to the Department for prevention and detection purposes Record all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report Provide security coverage for VIP guests Update Resident Manager constantly on all matters of security interest affecting the Hotel and the Department Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise Qualifications Profile Knowledge and Experience • Diploma education or similar educational qualification • Security certificate / Gada Madya / Gada Utama • Certificate in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting • Clean criminal record • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word Competencies • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills • Strong health and agile manner • Good communication and customer contact skills • Results and service oriented with an eye for details • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations • A team player & builder • A motivator & self-starter • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
