Maximus is currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Director for a large-scale Medicaid Eligibility program in Topeka, Kansas. This client-facing role provides full ownership of program performance, financial results (P&L), compliance, and service delivery for a complex, mission-critical public sector program. The idea candidate has direct Medicaid eligibility determination experience and a proven track record of leading high-volume eligibility and contact center operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This is an onsite position in Topeka, KS, five days per week. Relocation assistance will be available. This position is contingent upon contract award.
