Overview Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Full Time Hours: 8-hour shift Location: Dallas Medical Physician Group – Dallas, TX We are seeking a Receptionist, also referred to as a Clinic Receptionist or Hospital Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic experience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed. Responsibilities • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner • Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy • Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred. • BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
